Student can't access a website - (not content keeper related)

If you have a student that cannot access a website and it is not content keeper related, then it could be that the cookies are being blocked. 



In this example, a student can't access their google drive but can view other websites just fine. When this happens, the student may see the following screens:








Here is how to fix the cookie issue:



1. Check in the URL field for a cookie icon with a red "X"







2. Click the cookie icon with the red x in the URL field and even though it shows you "always allow" is selected, click the manage button because the site is still going to be listed under the blocked section. 









3. Once you click the manage button, you will automatically be taken to the cookies section within the settings. Under the "Block" section and to the right of the URL, click the 3 dots and then select remove. Once you have removed the URL just close out of settings and refresh the chrome browser and try the site that was being blocked.
