Go to Destiny at and click Log In on the upper right

**Destiny accounts are typically given to Library Media Specialists and Technical Support Specialists, however exceptions are made based on need. If you feel that you need an account, please create a helpdesk ticket or have your admin reach out to the IT department**

On the menu bar along the top of the page, click on Circulation

In the menu panel to the left, click Item Status

Scan or enter the serial number of the Chromebook in question

You will then see all of the info for that device, including model, status, current checkout, previous checkout, etc

For the current checkout - Please make sure that the device is checked out to the correct student. You can check the enrollment of the student using Infinite Campus. The student number is listed as "Barcode".

If the current checkout is no longer at your school site (graduated, transferred to another site, left the district, etc), please check in the device so that it can be available for the next student.

If you get a warning that the device does not exist at your site - this is because the device is part of another school's inventory.

To transfer the device into your school's inventory, simply click Yes to transferring the item.
