If a user signs in before you enroll the Chrome device, your Google Apps account policies and preferences will not apply, and you need to wipe the device to restart the enrollment process.

  1. Press ESC + Samsung Chromebook Refresh key + POWER. The screen displays a yellow exclamation point (!).
  2. Press CTRL + D to begin dev mode, then press ENTER. The screen displays a red exclamation point.
  3. Press the SPACEBAR and then press ENTER. 
  4. The Chromebook now deletes its local data, returning to its initial state. 
  5. You should now get the  Chrome "Welcome" screen, choose launguage, keyboard type, and wireless network and enter the password
  6. Click continue
  7. Check or uncheck the option to send chrome crash reports (optional) 
  8. Click Accept and Continue
  9. You should now get the Chrome "Enterprise Enrollment" screen
  10. Enter "your" district email address and password then click sign in - This enrolls your chromebook to our district chromebook management system
  11. click done
  12.  You should now see "managed by hesperiausd.org" under the text at the top of the window that says "Sign into your Chromebook"
 If this still does not work, you can try to re-install the chrome OS via USB flash drive by using the Chromebook Recovery Tool
