Press the voicemail button on the phone
Enter the voicemail pin followed by #
Recorded Name
Press 4 for Setup Options
Press 3 for Preferences
Press 2 for Recorded Name
The current recorded name will be played. Follow the prompts to save the current name or record a new one.
Personal Greeting
Press 4 for Setup Options
Press 1 for Change Greeting
Listen to the prompts for the different greeting options.
