Sophos Diagnostic

Sending Sophos Diagnostic Information

1. In the System Tray (Bottom right where the clock is) Click on the Sophos Shield Icon

2. Click on the About link in the bottom right corner of the Sophos window

3. Click on the Run Diagnostic Tool

4. Click Launch SDU

5. Grant Admin Access to Sophos

6. Click Continue to start the diagnostic process

        7. When it finishes Click on Archive logs and send to Sophos

        8. We will either give you a reference number to accompany the file to send to Sophos or we will ask you to send it in an email.
