Search for user by username or by last, first
Search for the User: Search (tab) -> Switch to User -> Type in the User's name (lastName, firstName) or Username.
Click on the user account under the person’s name from the search results. You will notice the user account is in red indicating it has been disabled.
In the right side, uncheck the Disabled box and click save
