Campus Portal Blank Parent/Guardian Letter and Instructions

Attached are the Blank Parent/Guardian Letters in English and Spanish as well as Instructions for the site staff to use to locate the GUID for the parent requesting access.

Note:  The Parent/Guardian needs to be properly attached to the student via

Household + Relationships (Relationship type, start date, and proper check boxes)

or

Non-Household (only for a parent/guardian with legal rights that isn't living in the household with the student) + Relationships (Relationship type, start date, and proper check boxes)


Note Two: Most Non-Household contacts are just emergency contacts and will not get any of the check boxes.  Checkboxes are only for parents/guardians.



How to locate the Parent/Guardian GUID:

 

Copy and Paste the code into the Blank Letter.  Print it off and hand it to the Parent/Guardian or Save As (we don't want to have a random person's GUID accidentally going to other Parent/Guardians) and email to the Parent/Guardian.
